ABOUT US
For decades, Legacy International has successfully provided world-class consulting, sales strategy, and marketing expertise for builders and new home communities around the Americas. Legacy’s single objective is to maximize the return on investment to the builder and developer through strategic management of the sales and marketing process.
Like most great companies, it all started with an idea. In early 2006, Philip and Chris Jalufka had a vision of creating a real estate services company unlike any other. Focusing on providing value to a builder or developer, the stage was set and the story began. Two decades later, the intensity remains, and successes are written one mission at a time.
Legacy’s performance, national reputation, and core values attracted the attention of Keller Williams and, most specifically, Gary Keller. While Legacy will continue to operate autonomously, the Builder Developer Services Growth Initiative with the world’s leading full-service real estate company, Keller Williams, was the bridge Legacy needed to take their proprietary Professional Selling System global.

Philip Jalufka
President and CEO
For more than a decade, Philip has worked to build an impressive list of accomplishments in the areas of real estate development, implementation, and overall execution of sales and marketing strategies. His company, Legacy International, has serviced and planned communities across the Southeastern U.S., Mexico, Bahamas, Costa Rica, Panama, and the Dominican Republic.
Previously, while serving for more than four years as Vice President Sales and Marketing with the Central Division of Centex Destination Properties, Philip successfully exceeded the annual operating requirements for two master-planned resort communities and one luxury condominium tower project, and was awarded 2005 and 2006 Division Sales Manager of the Year for his national business unit. In addition, he recruited and motivated three award-winning project sales organizations, and authorized 56 team members, including 22 sales executives.
Other impressive facets to Philip’s real estate background include having designed a comprehensive sales training and coaching program for all sales and sales management personnel of which one of his three resort sales managers was named 2006 Sales Manager of the Year. He developed pricing and release strategies, pro formas, absorption rates, and cooperating brokerage programs for land, condominium, and single-family home sales, totaling almost 500 units per year; exceeding annual revenue and earnings targets while directing an unprecedented sales volume in excess of $405 million. Philip’s team held the number one position at Centex Destination Properties for customer satisfaction and a top 10 position in the entire company for earnings.
From 2001–2003, Philip was Director of Sales and Marketing for Playground Destination Properties with the Southeast Region, where he directed strategy planning and implementation to achieve pro forma requirements for a specific community. He was responsible for client relationships, sales team training, information technology, developer and public relations, and overall sales efforts associated with a 2,800-acre master-planned golf course development.
He recruited and motivated a team of 10, including six sales specialists. He exceeded annual revenue and sales targets, directing an unprecedented land sales volume of more than $11 million, and achieved a 44% increase in the average sales price per unit in the first year of sales operations. Other responsibilities included the coordination of the sales and marketing efforts associated with a $56 million land acquisition and project joint venture, and business development with several Caribbean and Mexico sites.
Prior to his work in real estate, Philip proudly served his country as a commissioned, special operations aviation officer in the U.S. Army. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Political Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and received his MBA from Embry Riddle University. Currently, he resides in Austin, Texas, and is married with two children.

Bob Collins
VP, National Training
After earning his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance, Bob spent the first 20 years of his career on Wall Street in New York City, as a floor trader for Timber Hill Securities (now Interactive Brokers NASDAQ: IBKR) working out of the World Trade Center. That took him to Chicago, Philadelphia, and San Francisco (where he grew up), eventually holding six different seats on major U.S. exchanges. Bob was a key part of a U.S. delegation to Japan and South Korea to expand international trading platforms for the Pacific Stock Exchange, where he received the key to the city from the City of Osaka, Japan. He was also a regular on CNBC with Bill Griffeth and Ron Insana as a floor commentator. He also managed portfolios for Smith Barney before leaving behind Wall Street after 9/11.
After taking some time off, Bob embarked on a new path as he was introduced to the world of resort real estate. For the past 18 years, Bob migrated from an on-site sales person (selling hundreds of millions in property) to sales training and strategic planning. His emphasis focused on developing strategic selling techniques for luxury resort and lifestyle master-planned communities. Bob has helped facilitate more than $1 billion in real estate sales throughout the Western United States. Over these past years, he has hired, trained, and help solidify sales teams for developers in several states and multiple areas of the country.
Bob joined Legacy International in 2013 as Vice President of Sales and Training. He brings his vast experience and skills as a critical component to Legacy’s delivery and execution of its platform to achieve maximum performance to any sales mission.
Bob is married to wife, Randi Jo, and has three children. He loves fly-fishing and golf, and can be found outside most of his leisure time.
