For decades, Legacy International has successfully provided world-class consulting, sales strategy, and marketing expertise for builders and new home communities around the Americas. Legacy’s single objective is to maximize the return on investment to the builder and developer through strategic management of the sales and marketing process.
Legacy’s performance, national reputation, and core values attracted the attention of Keller Williams and, most specifically, Gary Keller. Mr. Keller’s position was made clear to his leadership team when he stated, “We need Legacy!”
Like most great companies, it all started with an idea. In early 2004, Philip and Chris Jalufka had a vision of creating a real estate services company unlike any other. Focusing on providing value to a builder or developer, the stage was set and the story began. Two decades later, the intensity remains, and successes are written one mission at a time.
While Legacy will continue to operate autonomously, the Builder Developer Services Growth Initiative with the world’s leading full-service real estate company, Keller Williams, was the bridge Legacy needed to take their proprietary Professional Selling System global.

Meet the Experts
President and CEO
For more than a decade, Philip has worked to build an impressive list of accomplishments in the areas of real estate development, implementation, and overall execution of sales and marketing strategies. His company, Legacy International, has serviced and planned communities across the Southeastern U.S., Mexico, Bahamas, Costa Rica, Panama, and the Dominican Republic.
Previously, while serving for more than four years as Vice President Sales and Marketing with the Central Division of Centex Destination Properties, Philip successfully exceeded the annual operating requirements for two master-planned resort communities and one luxury condominium tower project, and was awarded 2005 and 2006 Division Sales Manager of the Year for his national business unit. In addition, he recruited and motivated three award-winning project sales organizations, and authorized 56 team members, including 22 sales executives.
Other impressive facets to Philip’s real estate background include having designed a comprehensive sales training and coaching program for all sales and sales management personnel of which one of his three resort sales managers was named 2006 Sales Manager of the Year. He developed pricing and release strategies, pro formas, absorption rates, and cooperating brokerage programs for land, condominium, and single-family home sales, totaling almost 500 units per year; exceeding annual revenue and earnings targets while directing an unprecedented sales volume in excess of $405 million. Philip’s team held the number one position at Centex Destination Properties for customer satisfaction and a top 10 position in the entire company for earnings.
From 2001–2003, Philip was Director of Sales and Marketing for Playground Destination Properties with the Southeast Region, where he directed strategy planning and implementation to achieve pro forma requirements for a specific community. He was responsible for client relationships, sales team training, information technology, developer and public relations, and overall sales efforts associated with a 2,800-acre master-planned golf course development.
He recruited and motivated a team of 10, including six sales specialists. He exceeded annual revenue and sales targets, directing an unprecedented land sales volume of more than $11 million, and achieved a 44% increase in the average sales price per unit in the first year of sales operations. Other responsibilities included the coordination of the sales and marketing efforts associated with a $56 million land acquisition and project joint venture, and business development with several Caribbean and Mexico sites.
Prior to his work in real estate, Philip proudly served his country as a commissioned, special operations aviation officer in the U.S. Army. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Political Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and received his MBA from Embry Riddle University. Currently, he resides in Austin, Texas, and is married with two children.
Mandy van Streepen
Chief Operating Officer
Mandy hails from South Africa, where she earned a degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Marketing. Mandy spent the first 15 years of her career in advertising, working at two of South Africa’s premier advertising agencies as an Account Manager on accounts that included BMW, Alitalia Airlines, Nashua, and MTN Mobile.
Upon moving to the U.S., Mandy continued her marketing career and expanded her capabilities to include project management, honing her skills in managing personnel, processes, and procedures. Mandy’s love of people and developing relationships, along with her passion for creating procedures and ensuring goals are met, makes her a great fit for Legacy International.

Helping out on several other portfolio’s and new business presentations gave Mandy the opportunity to expand her horizons at Legacy, where she now serves as the Chief Operating Officer.
David Camp is a 20-year veteran in the resort and destination real estate markets with direct involvement in 17 Master Resort properties, including The Ritz-Carton Grand Cayman, Hammock Beach on Florida’s Atlantic Coast, and Ko Olina, Hawaii. He carries experience in all functional roles, including sales and sales leadership, training, marketing, product design, master planning, entitlements, and go-to market strategies. David brings a very peripheral approach to projects that helps link together all the functional roles under one common objective — making sales. Throughout his career, he has generated more than $1 billion in luxury real estate sales and successfully launched more than 17 residential developments.
As the Vice President of Sales, David oversees the entire Legacy Communities portfolio. David engages projects at an early stage, assimilates and defines product and brand opportunities, aligns the collective needs of the project, and takes the plan to market with a bang.
As a father of three daughters and a number of four-legged children, David maintains an active lifestyle in Lakeway, Texas, which he has called home for more than 11 years.
VP, National Training
After earning his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance, Bob spent the first 20 years of his career on Wall Street in New York City, as a floor trader for Timber Hill Securities (now Interactive Brokers NASDAQ: IBKR) working out of the World Trade Center. That took him to Chicago, Philadelphia, and San Francisco (where he grew up), eventually holding six different seats on major U.S. exchanges. Bob was a key part of a U.S. delegation to Japan and South Korea to expand international trading platforms for the Pacific Stock Exchange, where he received the key to the city from the City of Osaka, Japan. He was also a regular on CNBC with Bill Griffeth and Ron Insana as a floor commentator. He also managed portfolios for Smith Barney before leaving behind Wall Street after 9/11.
After taking some time off, Bob embarked on a new path as he was introduced to the world of resort real estate. For the past 18 years, Bob migrated from an on-site sales person (selling hundreds of millions in property) to sales training and strategic planning. His emphasis focused on developing strategic selling techniques for luxury resort and lifestyle master-planned communities. Bob has helped facilitate more than $1 billion in real estate sales throughout the Western United States. Over these past years, he has hired, trained, and help solidify sales teams for developers in several states and multiple areas of the country.
Bob joined Legacy International in 2013 as Vice President of Sales and Training. He brings his vast experience and skills as a critical component to Legacy’s delivery and execution of its platform to achieve maximum performance to any sales mission.
Bob is married to wife, Randi Jo, and has three children. He loves fly-fishing and golf, and can be found outside most of his leisure time.

Senior Director of Marketing
An Austin native, Ashley graduated with honors from Texas State University at San Marcos before moving into the field of new home residential marketing. Ashley began her career in Houston, Texas, with CastleRock Communities, a Texas Regional Home Builder and Residential developer. As the first and only marketing employee for the company, she gained valuable experience in a multitude of marketing functions, including graphic design, contract negotiation, digital advertising, and branding. This position provided the unique opportunity to build the marketing department from the ground up. Receiving very little training and being expected to perform at the highest level, Ashley quickly learned how to work independently and efficiently. During her time with CastleRock, she redeveloped the full digital platform for the company, resulting in an increase of online traffic by 60% while simultaneously saving more than 50% in online marketing expenses.
After moving back to the Austin area, Ashley joined Legacy International as a Marketing Coordinator in March 2016. Now as Director of Marketing, she is responsible for the planning, design, and execution of all marketing functions for Legacy International and Legacy Communities. Since joining Legacy, Ashley has been instrumental in the coordination and design of digital outreach, community events, print collateral, and business development strategy.
As the sole marketing employee for Legacy DCS, Ashley is responsible for enforcing strict brand standards across digital and store front platforms. She oversees all marketing operations for Legacy’s custom home Build On Your Lot program as well as the resort community offerings found throughout the Texas Hill Country, Texas coast, and Arizona.
With vast experience in new home marketing, Ashley’s driven personality has allowed her to adapt quickly to the fast-paced and ever-changing nature of this role. She is dedicated to using her marketing expertise to help Legacy grow and exceed goals year over year. Working alongside an incredible team of talented professionals, Ashley’s impressive work ethic and passion for real estate make her a valuable asset to the Legacy team.
