Builder Developer Realtor Education (BDRE)
The BDRE program is ideal for Keller Williams agents looking to expand their new home sales participation and achieve a greater understanding of the new home industry as a whole. Agents will gain strategic knowledge and resources necessary to facilitate a successful new home buying experience with their clients.
The BDRE program is offered in two learning environments: a two, 3-hour live/virtual course and a self-paced, on-demand course. Each will teach participating agents the following:
Successfully engage with new home sales agents and communities
Increase your inventory with new home product options in your local market
Understand the inner workings of a new home community and the construction process
Upon completion, participants will have the opportunity to continue their new home sales education through the BDRE monthly subscription, which includes exclusive access to live town halls, workshops, continued access to the full BDRE video library, guest speakers, one-on-one coaching, awards, and more.
Builder Developer Realtor Certification (BDRC)
The BDRC program uniquely positions a Keller Williams agent to become a certified new home sales professional, and develop the skills and credentials necessary for soliciting builders and developers for more listings.
This two day, 3-hour live/virtual course is an in-depth, deep-dive program that concludes with full certification and accreditation as a new home sales professional. Trained agents will learn to:
Engage builders and developers for professional project representation
Establish advanced accreditation and skill sets for greater industry wherewithal
Develop communication techniques, presentations, and customer interactions that achieve results — and much more
Certified and accredited agents will be able to confidently present themselves to a builder/developer with specialized training and expertise in the new home industry, and have exclusive access to customized services that are proven to maximize ROI.
